In this talk, I will present the global solution to the diffusion approximation of the Wright-Fisher model and some its geometric aspects. Constructing such a global solution gives us a deep understanding of structure of whole evolution process of the model and its diffusion approximation and also suggest a natural extension to the models with other evolution forces.
