Abstract


Products end of life is increasingly important and there are stronger demands on manufacturers to provide viable options at the end of the product life cycle. In the automotive industry stronger legislations combined with other factors contributes to this importance. Thus, the decisions for recovery are also gaining significance. Strategies and ICT tools could assist decision making in the recovery process. This paper summarises a literature review regarding the existence and usage of strategies and ICT tools, mainly in the automotive industry.
